What started in 2013 as a moment of curiosity has grown into a thriving balloon twisting and decor business in the Fox Valley, Wisconsin. Built on creativity, personal service, and the magic of balloon art, Festive Balloons excels at “Making Joy Out of Thin Air.”
The Magic of Air-Filled Balloons
Founder Dorothy Vander Wyst discovered the magic of air-filled balloon creations while visiting a gift boutique in Upper Michigan. The colorful, customized designs of air-filled balloons grabbed her attention: “You can do that with balloons?” she wondered. That moment of inspiration turned into a desire to become a Certified Balloon Artist and create unique, delightful balloon sculptures.

Our experienced balloon artists provide upbeat, creative entertainment. We love to teach twisting techniques that enhance self-esteem, develop new skills, and spread joy to others.
